Printed onto the most wonderful water resistant quilted reversible puffer dressmaking fabric.
This exclusive light to medium weight quilted puffer fabric is reversible so you don't need to line your garment if you don't want to. This floral puffer print fabric has navy blue on the reverse and a layer of wadding in the middle.
Use to make a comfy puffer coat, quilted gilet or a quilted bag!
