Shipping policy

Postage within Australia is a flat rate of $13  
We send our parcels with Sendle or Australia post. Should you feel one option is better for your location than another please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
If your parcel is particularly large or heavy additional shipping may apply and we will be in touch to discuss your shipping options.

Shipping to New Zealand is $20 for parcels up to 2kgs. If your parcel is over that weight we will contact you with an individual shipping quote, you can then make the decision to proceed with the order or not based on that quote.

International shipping is $30 for parcels up to 1kg. If your parcel is larger than that, additional shipping may apply and we will contact you with a quote, at which point you can decide whether to proceed with the order or have a full refund.

We endeavour to post orders as quickly as possible. All orders leave our Sydney warehouse within 2 days of purchase and are sent via courier or Australia post.
There may be delays in orders leaving during sale periods.
As a guide, allow approximately 2-4 days for delivery to capital cities and slightly longer for country and remote areas. If you would specifically like your parcel sent via Australia post, just let us know. Express post available by request.
