A Matisse inspired design, printed onto the most wonderful quality viscose crepe dressmaking fabric.
This large scale design features birds and flowers on a dark navy background.
Mattie Viscose Crepe - Navy is a fantastic viscose crepe dressmaking fabric with plenty of drape.
Composition: 100% viscose
Weight: 125gsm
Width: 130cm
Viscose is a fibre that is derived from wood pulp, making it a natural fabric that is more breathable than cotton. It is also known as Rayon.
Please allow 5% shrinkage for this fabric as viscose has a tendency to shrink in the first wash.
Machine washable at 30 degrees, cool iron and hang out to dry straight after washing, please note when you wash viscose it can become stiff when wet but the softness and drape will return as it dries.

Designer dead stock come to us without fibre content and weight information. We give our best educated guess on both.
By salvaging these fabrics and trims from designer cutting room floors that would previously gone to landfill, our aim is to further promote sustainable sewing.
