A Fabric Godmother exclusive design, printed onto the most wonderful quality viscose and linen dressmaking fabric.

Strawberry Fayre Viscose & Linen - Pink has a lovely design featuring little bundles of strawberries on a pink background. Perfect for a voluminous dress or blouse.

Fabric Godmother has developed these fabrics in an exclusive collaboration with the Print Pattern Archive. Bringing vintage prints to life.

A fantastic soft viscose linen dressmaking fabric with subtle slubs and plenty of drape. Ideal for blouses, dresses, trousers and skirts.

This fabric is woven from a natural linen flax which causes visible slubs during the printing process. This texture is part of the natural charm of the fabric and not a flaw.

Composition: 45% viscose / 55% linen

Weight: 195gsm

Width: 135cm

Viscose is a fibre that is derived from wood pulp, making it a natural fabric that is more breathable than cotton. It is also known as Rayon.

Please allow 5% shrinkage for this fabric.

We try our best to give an accurate representation of our fabrics, however due to varying monitor settings the colours may differ slightly to the original fabric. If you want to be sure about the colour, weight or size of a design please contact us to order a sample.

Care Instructions

Generally, fabrics will have an expected 5-10% shrinkage, pre wash prior to use.

Sourced

All of our trims and fabrics have been sourced from local designers as dead stock.

Designer dead stock come to us without fibre content and weight information. We give our best educated guess on both.

By salvaging these fabrics and trims from designer cutting room floors that would previously gone to landfill, our aim is to further promote sustainable sewing.
